• Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund less 5% Stripe transaction fees.
• If Guest cancels after that, but before check-in day, 50% refund is granted less 5% Stripe transaction fees.
• If Guest cancels on or after check-in day, no refund is provided.
